Ministry of Crab Taxi Service
This shrine to all things crustacean, located in Colombo's ancient Dutch Hospital building, is a stalwart of Asia's 50 Best. As its name might imply, the popular restaurant, which has been open since 2011, specializes in crab, but it also serves other delectable local seafood, such as prawns and oysters. Eat the famous lagoon crab in one of four different ways: with chilli, pepper, garlic, or curry, then indulge in dessert or purchase other items with crustacean themes.
