Flights will be made by 0530 hrs on standard flying days.
The usual launch site is in Kandalama, however, depending on the direction and speed of the winds, Pilots at their discretion will change launch sites.
Passengers are advised to wear casual clothing with closed sports shoes. No loose items that may get detached in flight will be permitted.
It is advisable for customers who fear heights or have a phobia of heights not to fly.
Teenagers under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult and kids under 7 years old and pregnant ladies will not be allowed to take the balloon flight.
Identification will be checked before the flight and a liability disclaimer and indemnity for participation in discovery flights will have to be signed.
All pilots/instructors are certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka.

Clients are requested to bring a passport and for Sri Lankans – National Identity cards for the tour.
